Denmark has many beautiful beaches:
- Ocean Beach (Swimming between the Flags)
Denmark's closest and most popular beach.
The Ocean Beach Surf Lifesaving Club is situated at Ocean Beach. Ocean Beach is popular with surfers because of it's great waves. Surfers seen daily.
- Lights Beach (Unpatrolled)
Giant waves buffet the coastline along Lights Beach which is just outside the eastern boundary of William Bay National Park. Lights Beach has three seperate beaches, one with a 'princess pool' where waves crash over rocks, pour down a waterfall and carve a long curving path back to the ocean.
- Greens Pool (Unpatrolled)
Safe for families and children due to the rock reef close to shore. Patrolled in summer holidays. Check with the visitors centre or shire to be sure.

Shelley Beach
Turquoise waters, verdant surrounds and ocean breeze make this beach a popular yet remote destination. Visit Shelley Beach
Cosy Corner
White beaches plus camping facilities and lots of picnic benches. Cosy Corner is cosy indeed. Located just east of West Cape National Park between Albany and Denmark. Visit Cosy Corner
Anvil Beach
Anvil Beach is a beautiful beach on the south side of Nullaki Peninsula on the Great Southern Ocean. Visit Anvil Beach
Boat Harbour
The path through Quarrum Nature Reserve which leads to Boat Harbour offers great views of the Southern Ocean. Visit Boat Harbour
Crusoe Beach
A commercial fishing site, the beach is best visited after 3.30pm as advised by the sign. Visit Crusoe Beach
Hillier Beach
Hillier Beach, on Hillier Bay, is located less than a kilometre South of Parry Beach along Parry Beach Road. Visit Hillier Beach
Lights Beach
Inspiring lookout and beach offering spectacular views of William Bay from the east. A favourite local beach. Visit Lights Beach
Madfish Bay
In Madfish Bay an island rests close to the shore. The waves at this beach come from two different directions. Visit Madfish Bay
Mazzoletti Beach
Mazzoletti Beach stretches from Greens Pool in the East by foot to Parry Beach in the West by car where it crosses the Parry Inlet at Parry Beach Visit Mazzoletti Beach
Parry Beach
Offering spectacular views across William Bay towards Green Pool and Elephant Rocks. Camping permitted if available. Visit Parry Beach
Peaceful Bay
Peaceful Bay beach is split in two by the Irwin Inlet as it discharges into the ocean. Sand dunes abound. Visit Peaceful Bay
Prawn Rock Channel
Prawn Rock Channel is located just north of Ocean Beach (you drive right past it on your way to Ocean Beach). This secluded slow-running channel of water is an ideal swimming spot. Visit Prawn Rock Channel

BE CAREFUL: Unpredictable large waves (surges, or king waves) which are created far from shore can wash over the shore and rocks along the West Cape Howe and Torndirrup Peninsula coastline - even on calm, clear days the waterline is always much higher than usual. Always be aware when near the Great Southern Ocean. |

This gorgeous beach is approximately 25 kilometres north east of Albany in Two Peoples Bay National Park. Visit Little Beach

Cable Beach
In the middle of the beach is a giant boulder which was lifted by the sea and placed onto the beach by the force of the waves. Visit Cable Beach

Ellen Cove, Ellen Cove Boardwalk and Ellen Cove Pier are at the far southern end of Middleton Beach, Albany. Visit Ellen Cove
Frenchman Bay
Located on the southern side of King George Sound this beautiful setting has a grassy picnic area, BBQs and boat launch. Ideal beachfront location for a great day out! Visit Frenchman Bay
Nanarup Beach
With picnic and barbecues, and easy stairway access, it is a delightful place to stop for lunch. Visit Nanarup Beach
Salmon Holes
Salmon Holes in Torndirrup NP offers incredible views from the lookout or descend to the white beach. Popular beach and rock fishing location. Visit Salmon Holes
Sinker Reef
It is easy to see why it was given this name as the jagged black rocks rise in rows along the entire stretch of coastline. Visit Sinker Reef
