Waakye – black-eyed beans and rice with beef stew, spaghetti, and gari. Rice and Stew – white jasmine rice with a generous serving of chicken or beef stew. Beans & Fried Plantain – a hearty vegetarian favourite. Fufu & Soup – pounded plantain and yam paired with tomato light soup. Banku & Okra – fermented corn dough served with okra soup or fried fish and chilli sauce. Available in small ($12) or large ($15) servings, each meal reflects the comfort and richness of traditional home cooking.
